My Philosophy

In my early-40s I moved to the mountains of Mexico for six years.   The reasons I give vary, but the truth was; I wanted to know what I wanted.  Sometimes in the noise of a vibrant city and an abundant life,  our hearts can't be heard.  For me, I was too busy attaining and I wasn't living a life authentic to my soul. 

Of course, I didn't really know what that looked like and it took some time to suss out that which fed me.  That phrase 'wherever you go, there you are' comes to mind.  I kicked around and adjusted and was facinated for a while, then invested in a music bar - a Frank Sinatra type Piano Bar in the mountains of Mexico, at that.  If ever there was a business that didn't feed my soul....then one day I came across a quote: "How you spend your days, is ultimately how you spend your life". 

That is when Soul Kitchen delivers was created- it took a bit of time to get my techniques and flavor profiles established, but I KNEW THAT FEEDING YOU, WOULD FEED ME.  AND IT DOES.  I wanted to spend my days slowing down, sourcing my food, cooking and ultimately; sharing that experience with others by providing home delivery - from my kitchen to yours. 

Your meals are truly created with love: using the best ingredient's AVAILABLE - ORGANIC AND LOCAL WHENEVER POSSIBLE - SOUL KITCHEN TREATS OUR CUSTOMERS, FOOD AND STAFF WITH RESPECT.

All of the items on our general menu are delivered twice per week for you to simply reheat and enjoy at your leisure.
